The Estate
In the south-eastern corner of Piedmont, on a secluded and sunny hilltop overlooking the charming town of Gavi and its ancient fortress, you will find Cascina del Merlo — a beautifully renovated former winery from the late 19th century.
With 120 acres of rolling Piedmont land, the estate comprises a newly renovated house and a converted barn. Thirteen bedrooms sleep up to 30 guests in comfort, with the estate able to host events for 50 or more. Supported by twelve bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, an old wine cellar, a gym, and several living rooms across both buildings.
Outside, a 12×6 metre pool with a generous sun terrace, an outdoor pergola with a wood-fired pizza oven, and the landscape itself — views stretching to the Alps in the west, Gavi's medieval fortress to the north-east. Sunrise to sunset, entirely yours.

Gavi DOCG — Italy's finest Cortese white wine — is produced on surrounding estates. Tastings and vineyard visits within 15 minutes.
